Due to the rapid growth of the Frank's Pro Gold family of Distributors and added commitment of developing new products the decision was made that we needed one parent company to manage the Frank's Pro Gold Brand worldwide.

Therefore, a new company, FPG International Ltd was established in November 2002 and Fed Pet's ownership of the brand was purchased by FPG International Ltd. Fed Pet has become another Distributor in our growing family and can concentrate on what they do best which is selling the products while FPG International Ltd can concentrate on providing excellent service to the Distributors and through them, to the users of Franks Pro Gold Products.
